1. Reinstated 2. Effective March 10, 2009 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective January 22,2007. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(8) and MCR 9.124, was granted by S1. Clair County Hearing Panel #2. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On March 5, 2009, the panel issued its order of eligibility for interim reinstatement conditioned upon petitioner's payment of bar dues to the State Bar of Michigan. On March 10,
2009, petitioner complied with this condition and his interim reinstatement to the practice of law was deemed to be effective on that date.
On April 6, 2009, the panel issued its order and report. Costs were assessed in the amount of $588.64.
