NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND PROBATION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case Nos. 08-129-JC; 08-130-GA Notice Issued: March 23, 2009 Scot R. Robinson, P 66135, Paw Paw, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Berrien County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective March 21, 2009 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that he was convicted in Ohio of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, first, a misdemeanor, on November 25, 2003. Additionally, respondent pled no contest to the allegation that he failed to file an answer to a request for investigation served upon him by the Grievance Administrator.

Respondent was charged with a violations of MCR 9.1 04(A)(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A) and (B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional 8.1 (a)(2) and 8.4(a).

The parties agreed that respondent should be suspended for 30 days, and that he shall serve a two year probationary period, with conditions, relevant to the established and alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,087.79.
