NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITION (By Consent)

Case No. 08-183-GA Notice Issued: February 18, 2009

Tracey L. Robertson, P 42897, Bingham Farms, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #79.

1. Reprimand 2. Effective February 18, 2009 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations that, in a civil matter, she ordered her non-lawyer assistant to engage in conduct that would be a violation of the rules if committed by respondent; and violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 5.3{c) and 8.4{a).

Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,129.02.
