NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND PROBATION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case No. 08-166-RD Notice Issued: February 9, 20.09 Paul B. Rudolph, P 57739, Scottsdale, Arizona, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #3.

1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective January 31, 2009 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The stipulation contains respondent's admission that he was suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for 30 days, to be followed by a two year probationary period. The parties agreed that, consistent with the discipline imposed in Arizona, respondent shall be suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for 30 days and be subject to a two year probationary period.

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days and that he be subject to a two year probationary period. Costs were assessed in the amount of $756.41.
