Effective November 11 , 2008· Based upon an order of censure entered by the Arizona Supreme Court on May 2, 2008, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing the parties' agreement that respondent be reprimanded as reciprocal discipline in Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $755.49.
