1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 17, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that he was convicted of attempted resisting and obstructing a police officer, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 750.81d; and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $764.35.
