NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 08-77-JC Notice Issued: November 13,2008 Francisco A. Antonelli, P 30635, lapeer, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #3.
1. Reprimand 2. Effective November 8, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation "for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The parties agreed that respondent be reprimanded and subject to conditions based on his misdemeanor conviction of operating while impaired by liquor, in violation of MCl 257.6253-A. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(5).
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and comply with conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $766.47.
