NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

1. Reprimand 2. Effective December 12, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), whi.ch was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations

that she failed to obtain her clients' consent to limit the objectives of representation; failed to keep her clients reasonably informed about the status of their legal matters; failed to explain her clients' matters to the extent reasonably necessary for them to make informed decisions; and failed to withdraw from representing clients where that representation would result in violations of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, in of Michigan Rules of Professional conduct 1.2(b); 1.4(a) and (b); and 1.16(a).

Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,032.07.
