NOTICE OF REVOCATION PURSUANT TO MeR 9.115(M) (By Consent)

Case No. 08-162-MZ Notice Issued: January 15, 2009

Robert J. Wendzel, P 24151, Southfield, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. 1. Revocation 2. Effective January 12, 2009 On November 18, 2008, respondent filed a petition for permission to resign his membership in the State Bar of Michigan pursuant to MCR 9.115(M). In support of his petition, petitioner alleged that he was the subject of three requests for investigation currently pending before the Attorney Grievance Commission; that he understands that under MCR 9.115(M), an attorney's resignation as a member of the Bar may not be accepted while a request for investigation is pending except pursuant to an order of revocation; that he requests that his resignation and revocation become

effective on January 12, 2009; and that the Attorney Grievance Commission has no objection to petitioner's request.

The Board ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked. No costs were assessed.
