Respondent was convicted, on September 11, 2008, for attempted acquisition or administration of narcotic drugs, a felony, in violation ofA.R.S. ยงยง 13-1001, 13-3401, 13-3408(A)(6), 13-610,12-114.01,13-701,13-702.01, and 13-801, in the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa

County.

Based on that conviction, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for four years, effective September 11, 2008, the date of his conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,776.24.
