Effective November 21,2008 Respondent was convicted of the misdemeanor ofoperating a motor vehicle while impaired, in violation of Mel 257.6253-A, in the 52-4 Judicial District Court. Based on that conviction, the hearing panel found that the specific facts and circumstances presented in this case warrant the entry of an order of discipline which imposes "no discipline" in accordance with Grievance Administrator v Deutch, 455 Mich 149 (1997).
