Vincent J. Tatone, P 38614, Clinton Twp., Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #108. 1. Reprimand 2. Effective October 15, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegation that he failed to report a misdemeanor guilty plea entered in 2006, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(2) and (4); MCR 9.120(A) and (B); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a).
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $773.74.
