David A. Reams, P 62855, Rochester Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, vacating Tri-County Hearing Panel #63's order of probation with conditions and issuing an order of discipline ·imposing "no discipline."
1. Order Imposing "No Discipline" 2. Effective October 4, 2008 The hearing panel found that respondent was convicted of the misdemeanor of operating while impaired, in violation of MCl 257.625(1), in the 43 rd Judicial District Court. Based on that conviction, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be subject to a one year probation with conditions relevant to the established misconduct.
Respondent petitioned for review and the Board, upon review, found that the specific facts and circumstances presented in this case warrant the entry of an order of discipline which imposes "no discipline" in accordance with Grievance Administrator v Deutch, 455 Mich 149 (1997). Total costs were assessed in the amount of $471.26. -
