1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective October 3,2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), based on respondent's conviction in the 52-4th District Court for operating a motor vehicle while Visibly impaired, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.6253-A. The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel.

Based on respondent's conviction, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).

The parties stipulated to the entry ofan order placing respondent on probation for two years, with conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,093.23.
