NOTICE OF REVOCATION (By Consent)

Case No. 08-63-GA Notice Issued: August 29, 2008 Gregory S. Muzingo, P 29914, Kansas City, Missouri, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Revocation 2. Effective August 29,2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. Respondent entered a plea of no contest to the allegation that, in his capacity as a senior assistant general counsel for Wal-Mart Corporation, respondent knowingly made false statements of material fact to Waf-Mart by forging the signature of a former Wal-Mart employee to an amendment to a confidential settlement agreement, thereby inducing Wal-Mart to pay the former employee an additional $15,000.00.

Respondent was charged with violations of Michigan Court Rules 9.104(A)(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 4.1; and 8.4(a)-(c). The parties agreed that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan should be revoked. Costs were assessed in the amount of $756.11.
