1. Reprimand 2. Effective September 17,2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations
that she negligently improperly handled her client trust account by depositing her own funds into the account; using a trust account check to pay her mortgage obligation; that there were no client funds maintained in the client trust account at that time; and that she negligently failed to maintain adequate trust account procedures by depositing only client funds in the account, in violation of Michigan Court Rule 9.104(A)(4) and Michigan Rules of Profession Conduct 1.15(F); 84(a) and (b).
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $768.22.
