1. Reprimand 2. Effective September 4,2008 Based on respondent's conviction, by nolo contendere plea, to two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence in violation of MCl 750.812, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4.
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review, seeking an increase in discipline. Upon review, the Attorney Discipline Board affirmed the hearing panel's order of reprimand. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $2,857.74.
