1. Reprimand 2. Effective August 2, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), based on respondent's conviction in the 72 nd District Court of reckless driving of an automobile, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.626.
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded and be subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $755.38.
