NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION (By Consent)
Case No. 07-182-GA Notice Issued: July 31, 2008 Kendall L. Sailler, P 50055, Clawson, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #69.
1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective August 1, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MGR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegation that he failed to promptly payor deliver funds the client was entitled to receive and, upon request of the client, failed to render a full accounting regarding such property, in violation Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.15(b)(3).
Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days, effective August 1, 2008. The panel also ordered that respondent be subject to a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct and assessed costs in the amount of $1 ,881.40.
