NOTICE OF RECIPROCAL REVOCATION Case Nos. 08-08-RD; 08-146-RD Notice Issued: March 9, 2009 Bruce A. Sholes, P 30787, Phoenix, Arizona, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri~County Hearing Panel #81.

1. Revocation 2. Effective September 16, 2008 Based upon an order of suspension, entered on May 22, 2007, by the Supreme Court of Arizona, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. Prior to the show cause hearing, the Grievance Administrator filed another petition

for show cause based upon a consent order of revocation, issued by the Supreme Court of Arizona on September 10, 2008.

The matters were consolidated for hearing but respondent did not communicate with the panel or appear at the show cause hearing. After determining that respondent had been afforded due process in the underlying proceeding, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice in Michigan be revoked, retroactive to September 16, 2008, the date of respondent's consent disbarment in Arizona. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,756.67.
