NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF COSTS Case Nos. 06-99-GA; 06-94-GA; 07-40-GA Notice Issued: May 28, 2008 Brian C. Casterline, P 57723, Southfield, Michigan. Effective May 23, 2008. Respondent was ordered to pay costs on July 31,2007 in Grievance Administrator v Brian C. Casterline, Case Nos. 06-99-GA; 06-94-GA; 07-40-GA. After begin certified for non-payment, respondent requested a payment plan, which was granted. The payment plan contained the provision that if any installment payment was over five business days late, the plan would be vacated and a certification of non-payment would be issued.
Respondent was certified for non-payment on May 15, 2008 and the payment plan was vacated. In accordance with MCR 9.128(D), his license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on May 23, 2008, and until payment of costs and the filing of affidavits of compliance in accordance with MCR 9.119 and 9.123(A).
