1. Reprimand 2. Effective June 25,2008 Based on respondent's conviction for impaired driving, a misdemeanor, in violation of Mel ยง257.5253-A, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to a condition relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,938.97.
