NOTICE OF REVOCATION (By Consent)

Edward W. Fisher, P 30948, Shelby Township, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline 80ard Tri-County #108 Hearing Panel.

1. Revocation 2. Effective July 3, 20081 Respondent was convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Tax Fraud, a felony, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on July 3,2008, the date of his felony conviction.

The respondent and Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.11S(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The panel found that, based on his felony conviction, respondent had committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5). In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, effective July 3,2008. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,029.71.
