NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 19-36-RP Notice Issued: December 18, 2020 Matthew R. Miller, P 74612, Richland, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board. Reinstated, Effective December 16, 2020 Petitioner’s license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for two years on January 6, 2017. On April 24, 2019, petitioner filed a petition for reinstatement pursuant to MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124, which was assigned to Tri-County Hearing Panel #63. After a hearing on the petition, the panel concluded that petitioner satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement and on March 10, 2020, issued an Order of Eligibility for Reinstatement With Conditions. On December 10, 2020, the Board received confirmation that petitioner paid his bar dues in accordance with Rules 2 and 3 of the Supreme Court Rules concerning the State Bar of Michigan.

The Board issued an Order of Reinstatement With Conditions reinstating petitioner to the practice of law in Michigan, with conditions, effective December 16, 2020.
