1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective June 11, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), based on respondent's conviction in the 52-2nd District Court for domestic violence and attempted interference with electronic communications, in violation of MCl 750.81 (a)(2), MCl 750.92 and Mel 750.540(5)(a). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel.
Based on respondent's convictions, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MeR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years, with conditions relevant to the respondent's conviction. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $760.76.
