Case No. 07-188-GA Notice Issued: June 2, 2008 David P. Taylor, P 21294, Edwardsburg, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Kalamazoo County Hearing Panel #4. 1. Reprimand 2. Effective May 31,2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations that he made an assault or an assault and battery upon his spouse, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(5); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c).
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and that he pay costs in the amount of $770.72.
