1. Revocation 2. Effective April 30, 2008 Based upon an order entered in the Supreme Court of Ohio on July 11, 2007, the respondent was permanently disbarred from the practice of law in Ohio. The Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a
reciprocal order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9 ..1 04.
On April 22, 2008, the panel issued an interim order that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan should be revoked, effective April 30, 200B- Respondent subsequently filed a motion to set aside the interim order of discipline, to discharge the hearing panel, and to bar the Attorney Discipline Board from hearing the matter. On September 17,2010, the panel issued its
report and order revoking respondent's license to practice law in Michigan, effective April 30, 2008, the date of her interim revocation. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $1,770.76.
