NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Case No. 07-108-GA Notice Issued: April 16, 2008

Gary D. Hunley, P 30132, Taylor, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #26.

1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective April 15, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegation that he knowingly failed to respond to a lawful demand for information from a disciplinary authority; failed to answer a request for investigation in conformity with MCR 9.113 and 9.115(D); and failed to file an answer to a request for investigation, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1)-(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1 (a)(2); and 8.4(a) and (c).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days and assessed costs in the amount of $853.61.
