Effective March 10, 2008 Based upon an order of public reprimand entered by the Board of Bar Overseers of the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on March 10, 2008, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing the parties' agreement that respondent be reprimanded as reciprocal discipline in Michigan. Costs were assessed in the amount of $755.38.
