1. Reprimand 2. Effective April 1, 2008 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations that he failed to act with promptness and diligence in filing an appeal of right for his client; neglected a legal matter entrusted to him; and failed to make reasonable efforts to expedite litigation
consistent with the interests of his client, in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1 (c); 1.3; and 3.2.
Based on the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprima~d'ed. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,033.47.
