NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION (By Consent)

Case No. 06-184-GA Notice Issued: February 18, 2008 Mark H. Teklinski, P 21319, Warren, Michigan by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #101.

1. Suspension - 60 Days 2. Effective March 15, 2008 The respondent and Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent's plea of no contest to the allegation that he prepared an instrument giving him or a person related to him as spouse any substantial gift from a client. Respondent was charged with violations of Michigan Court Rules 9.104(A)(1 )-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.8(c); and 8.4(a) and (c).

Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 60 days and that respondent be subject to a condition related to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,145.75.
