1. Reprimand 2. Effective March 4, 2008 The respondent filed an answer to the formal complaint and appeared at the hearing, where he acknowledged that he failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client; and failed to promptly deliver to his client funds which she was entitled to receive. Respondent's conduct was in violation of Michigan rules of Professional Conduct 1.3; and 1.15(b).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and pay costs in the amount of $1,720.40.
