1. Suspension - 2 Years 2. Effective March 14,2008 Respondent was convicted, by guilty plea, of conversion of public monies, a misdemeanor in violation of 18 U.S.C. ยง641 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Based on respondent's conviction, the panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for two years.
The Grievance Administrator filed a timely petition for review which will be scheduled for hearing before the Board.
