NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case No. 06-81-GA Notice Issued: March 17,2008 Brenda E. Braceful, P 30777, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #25.

1. Revocation 2. Effective March 13, 2008 The respondent filed an answer to the formal complaint and appeared at the hearing where she submitted a plea of no contest to the allegations contained in the formal complaint. Based on respondent's plea, the panel found that she failed to segregate and properly safeguard the property of a probate estate separate from her own property; failed to promptly deliver the funds of the estate to the appropriate representatives where directed to do so by the probate court overseeing the administration of the estate; knowingly misrepresented to the probate court the amount of the funds she was holding for the probate estate; knowingly disobeyed the order of the probate court to immediately turn over the funds of the estate to the appropriate representative; and engaged in acts of dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation in connection with the handling of such funds.

Respondent's conduct was in violation of Michigan Court Rules 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional conduct 1.15(b)(3); 1.15(d); 3.3(a)(1); 3.4(c); and 8.4(a)-(c).

The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice in Michigan be revoked and assessed costs in the amount of $3,110.85.
