1. Dismissal 2. Effective January 8, 2008 The Grievance Administrator filed a motion for an order to show cause to be issued requesting respondent to show why additional discipline should not be imposed for his failure to comply with the restitution and cost provisions in the order of discipline issued in Grievance Administrator v Frank G. Proctor, Case No. 05-71-GA.

The hearing panel, upon review of the Grievance Administrator's request and the plain language ofthe panel's prior order and applicable court rules, denied the Grievance Administrator's request for the assessment of additional discipline. No costs were assessed against respondent.
