NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION (By Consent)

Case No. 07-141-GA Notice Issued: January 2, 2008 Thomas lazar, P 22878, Bingham Farms, Michigan by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #56.

1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective December 29, 2007 The respondent and Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations that he failed to hold property of clients or third persons in connection with a representation separate from the lawyer's own property and failed to deposit client funds into an IOlTA; and failed to deposit the advance fee of $5,000.00 into a client trust.

Respondent was charged with violations of Michigan Court Rule 9.1 04(A)(4); and Michigan rules of Professional conduct 1.15(d) and (g).

The panel, pursuant to the parties's agreement, ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 30 days and that he be subject to a condition relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $796.33.
