Respondent pled guilty, in the 17 th Circuit Court, to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 3 rd offense, a felony, in violation of MCl 257.6256-D. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on January 7,2008, the date of his felony conviction.
The Grievance Administrator has filed a judgment of conviction and this matter has been assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect
