Koth, P 56240, Dearborn, Michigan Effective February 5, 2008 Respondent was convicted of Operating While Impaired by liquor, Third Offense, a felony, in violation of MCl 257.6256-0, in the Wayne County Circuit Court. In accordance with MeR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on February 5, 2008, the date of his felony conviction.
A judgment of conviction has been filed in this matter and has been assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
