Reprimand, Effective June 19, 2020 Respondent was convicted, by guilty plea, of operating while intoxicated, 2 nd offense, in violation of MCL 257.6256(B), a misdemeanor, in People of the State of Michigan v Jason Robert Baker, 63 rd District Court Case No. D1604508SD. Based on this conviction and respondent’s admissions on the record, it has been established that respondent engaged in conduct that violated a criminal law of a state or of the United States, an ordinance, or tribal law pursuant to MCR 2.615, in violation of MCR 9.104(5).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,167.33.
