NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITION Case No. 06-149-MZ (Ref. 05-140-JC) Notice Issued: October 31, 2007 Jeffrey K. Riemersma, P 30808, Alma, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Clare County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Suspension - 6 Months 2. Effective October 27,2007 The Grievance Administrator filed a petition on November 3, 2006 seeking entry of an order increasing discipline for respondent's failure to comply with the hearing panel's order of July 3, 2006. Specifically, that respondent failed to submit quarterly counseling reports; failed to execute releases or waivers to allow therapists to provide reports; failed to provide results of sobriety tests to the Attorney Grievance Commission orthe Attorney Discipline Board; failed to remain abstinent; and entered a guilty plea to a probation violation which resulted in serving 30 days in jail.

Respondent appeared at the show cause hearing and the hearing panel concluded that respondent had failed to comply with its previous order and MCR 9.119.

The hearing panel ordered that the 18 month probation imposed in Grievance Administrator v Jeffrey K. Riemersma, Case No. 05-140-JC, be increased to a six month suspension with a condition relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of$1,870.13.
