NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT WITH CONDITION Case No. 07-112-RP Notice Issued: November 19, 2007

Jack A. Gibson, Jr., P 33589, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #75. 1. Reinstated 2. Effective October 25,2007 Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for one year on JUly 18, 2006. His petition for reinstatement, filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MeR 9.124, was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #75, which concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with those court rules.

Accordingly, the hearing panel issued an order of eligibility for reinstatement with conditions on October 22, 2007, inclUding a specific condition that respondent pay bar dues before being fUlly

reinstated to the practice of law in Michigan. Petitioner paid his bar dues on October 25, 2007 and his reinstatement to the practice of law in Michigan is deemed to be effective on that date.

On October 25,2007, a final order of reinstatement was issued which included a specific condition relevant to petitioner's prior misconduct. Total costs were assessed in the amount of $824.62.
