Reprimand Effective October 3, 2007
Based on respondent's convictions for operating under the influence, 2 nd , a misdemeanor; and violating his probation, the panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and be subject to a condition relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,755.06.
