Effective October 16, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) and 9.121, which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted that he was convicted in the 35 th District Court in Plymouth, Michigan, of failing to display a valid license, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCl 257.311. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR
9.104(A)(5).
