1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective September 28, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F}(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Resgondent admitted that she was convicted of two felonies: Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer, 3 Degree, in violation of MCl 257.602A3-A;
and Malicious Destruction of Fire or Police Property, in violation of MCl 750.3778. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with conditions relevant to the admitted misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $759.76.
