1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective September 22, 2007 Respondent was convicted of the misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Based on that conviction, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5) and ordered that her license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 180 days, with a condition relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,782.26.
