Effective August 21,2007 Based upon an order of censure entered by the Arizona Supreme Court on March 22, 2007, the respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing the parties' agreement that respondent be reprimanded as a reciprocal discipline equivalent to the Arizona censure. Costs were assessed in the amount of $756.79.
