Effective August 29, 2007 1 Respondent was convicted on August 29, 2007, by a guilty plea, of one' count of Criminal Possession of a 'Forgery Device, a felony, in the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County. Based on that conviction, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A}(5) and ordered that his license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for three years, effective August 29,2007, the date of his conviction. Costs were
assessed in the amount of $1,716.05.
