NOTICE OF SUSPENSION WITH CONDITIONS Case No. 07-72-MZ Notice Issued: August 21, 2007

Richard Bachleda Heuermann, P47457, Grand Ledge, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Ingham County Hearing Panel #1.

1. Suspension - 30 Days 2. Effective August 21, 2007 1 The Grievance Administrator filed a petition on April 19, 2007, seeking entry of an order increasing respondent's discipline for his failure to comply with the hearing panel's order of probation, issued January 25,2007. Pursuant to the order, respondent was to meet monthly with therapist and to provide quarterly reports regarding his treatment and progress to the Attorney Grievance Commission and the Attorney Discipline Board beginning April 2, 2007.

The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended for 30 days. The panel also ordered that respondent shall submit his resignation from the State Bar of Michigan within 31 days after the expiration of the 30 day suspension period. The panel further ordered that the Grievance Administrator may seek increased discipline if respondent fails to tender his resignation within that time Costs were assessed in the amount of $163.86.
