1. Probation - 2 Years 2. Effective August 28, 2007 The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest that he was convicted by guilty plea of the misdemeanor of possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and reckless driving. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(5).
The parties stipulated to the entry of an order placing respondent on probation for two years with conditions relevant to the alleged misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $5.12.
