1. Dismissal 2. Effective August 15, 2007 The two count formal complaint filed by the Grievance Administrator charged that respondent, in one bankruptcy case, failed to seek her clients' legal objective with regard to the reaffirmation of certain debts, and in a second bankruptcy matter, that she subjected a client to rude and discourteous conduct, in violation of MCR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1 (c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4(a); 6.5(a); and 8.4(a) and (c).

Count Two, regarding the rude and discourteous conduct, was dismissed by the panel during the hearing. Upon review of the evidence and testimony, the hearing panel found that the misconduct alleged in Count One was not proved by a preponderance of the evidence and dismissed that count as well. No costs were assessed against respondent.
